President Obama says no CIR in 2009.
This is bad news for those desperate to resolve their immigration status. On the bright side, there are high hopes for Comprehensive Immigration Reform (CIR) in 2010.
El Presidente Obama dice que no habra reforma en 2009.
Esto es mala noticia para los que estan desesperados por resolver su status migratorio. La buena noticia es que tenemos muchas esperanzas de tener reforma migratoria en el 2010.
